Goal
Our goal is to be a leading worldwide OpenView integrator for Network Service Providers. Our strategy is to work closely with HP product and consultancy organizations.

We are also developing compoments mainly for TeMIP. The main portfolio is, PyMIP, our Python integration to TeMIP.

Solutions

The components we use are listed below.

Service Delivery:

• Inventory Management: As HP OSS solution integrators we work with the HP primary solution for inventory: Cramer.
• Service Activation : OpenView Service Activator.

Service Assurance:

• Fault management: we provide Fault Management solutions based on TeMIP, OVO and NNM. This is the core area of our work and we have implemented world-record OSS solutions. We are one of few TeMIP Lite certificated companies. The TeMIP team are all Accredited Integration Specialists
• Performance Management: we have been working with several HP partner products like Metrica and Equipment vendor specific PM systems. Our prime focus is on the Distocraft PM suite for Telco networks. In the IP world we use  OpenView Performance Insight.
• Problem Management: we provide services for ServiceDesk installation, customizations and integrations.  In many Telco OSS solutions we have integrated towards Remedy.
• SLA Management: we have implemented customer solutions based on OpenView SQM for SLA management. For helpdesk oriented SLA management we deliver ServiceDesk SLA projects.
